Small group sessions at Express Health & Fitness are high intensity training workouts that will deliver fast results. With over 20 small group training sessions every week you are sure to find a workout that suits you.

Our Small group training sessions are a step up from our 1 on 1 personal training sessions and represent excellent value for money at just $19.95 per week.


How Do We Run Our Small Group Sessions?
We limit our small group sessions to 10 people per class and do this so everyone receives a more personalised approach to their training.
Do I Need to be Fit for a Small Group Training Session?
Not at all! Express Health & Fitness understands that anyone starting out with varying degrees of fitness will need to work out at a level suitable for them. We don’t expect someone who has been sedentary for a long time to train like a seasoned tri-athlete, so you will be pushed according to your fitness level for your own safety and motivation. It is important that you don’t get burnt out which can be disastrous to a workout plan.
